As the Executive Director of Kids Beyond the Bend (KBB), Garyn Nathan, MA, LCSW manages and creates confidential therapeutic services for children and families providing them with the tools necessary to flourish in a productive home environment. He drives the development of KBB's PURE Intervention model and provides strategic direction for the agency ensuring the best possible outcomes for New Jersey children and families. 

​Garyn earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Kean University in 2001, and his Masters Degree in the same field from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 2007. In 2014, he graduated with his MSW from Monmouth University and has been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey since 2018.
